Insurance firm BGL may need to invest in more revenue share numbers, as it has announced plans to expand its employee numbers.
The Coventry Telegraph reports how the company's Fusion call centre is set to take on 80 new members of staff.
In the past 12 months, BGL has recruited 200 new starters, who are offered the chance to complete NVQ's and other industry qualifications.
Fusion acts as a point of contact for Compare The Market, Dial Direct, Budget and motorbike insurance specialists Bennetts.
Site manager Andy Talbot commented: "We're keen to bring on board some eager and hardworking individuals to support our busy agenda even if they have not thought about contact centre work before."
The news comes after GoResponse recently announced it has trebled the size of its UK call centre, with more than £10,000 invested in its Kent Science Park base, so it can now hold 230 employees.
