Call centre conference comes to London

Date: 06/09/2011

Companies looking to purchase revenue share numbers and introduce a contact centre to their operations may wish to attend an upcoming event in London.

The Call Centre Expo 2011 will take place at the National Hall, Kensington, Olympia, on October 11th and 12th.

There will be more than 200 different exhibitors at the gathering including ASC, which provides technology for the recording, analysis and evaluation of communications.

Furthermore, attendees will be able to check out the goings-on in four dedicated solutions theatres.

Managing director of ASC Paddy Coleman explained it is important for contact centres to deliver a high-quality performance for consumers.

"In today's connected economies, the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations gets spread around rapidly and can improve cost performance almost overnight," he stated.

Firms attending the event may wish to look into the latest innovations on show, as national call centre manager for Softline VIP Monika Roode recently claimed "cutting edge technology" is needed to support skills at contact sites.
