Call centre webinar taking place in November

Enterprises looking to purchase revenue share numbers and create a new call centre may wish to check out an upcoming webinar.

The online event has been organised by Premier Business Audio and will take place on November 29th at 10:00 GMT.

This could be particularly useful for attendees, as a recent report published by Jabra found 53 per cent of individuals would be less likely to purchase a product or service if the quality of a call was bad.
