Customer Services
Date: 22/11/2011
Extra non-geographical numbers may be required by Capita, as it is expanding one of its Scottish call centres.
The enterprise will create 100 additional employment opportunities at its site in Forres, Moray, it was announced yesterday (November 21st).
Local managing director Bruce MacLeod said the area was selected due to the excellent levels of customer service already delivered by staff at the centre.
He added the firm is looking for "talented individuals who have a proven track record in quality customer service".
They should also have "the ability, drive and enthusiasm to work to targets and have a 'people-centred' approach to customer service", Mr MacLeod stated.
The extra employees will be dealing with customers from a major energy company.
It is hoped the new workers will be on board by February 2012 and recruitment begins at the end of November.
Christmas could be a particularly busy time for Capita, as a study conducted by the Centre for Retail Research recently found many enterprises experience an influx of enquiries during the festive season, Call Centre Focus reported.
