Companies purchasing revenue share numbers and establishing their contact centres may aspire to deliver the same level of service as Connect Assist.
The enterprise has been placed 38th in the Wales Fast Growth 50 league table.
This means it is the highest-ranked dedicated call centre in the country.
As well as creating a high number of employment opportunities, the company increased its revenue by 35 per cent in 2010 compared with the previous year.
Founder of the enterprise Patrick Nash said: "Basing our headquarters in the Welsh Valleys has been a huge success. We have really talented and committed staff who are all drawn from the surrounding area."
He added that Contact Assist has been able to create jobs and offer training opportunities in the local community.
Another business looking to expand further is UGroup, as the Express and Star recently reported it is moving into larger headquarters in Wolverhampton and taking on an additional 100 members of staff.
