Contracts exchanged on "excellent" London office space

Enterprises looking to acquire prime London office space and purchase 0207 numbers may be interested in a recent sale.

Hermes Real Estate Investment Managers, in conjunction with clients of LaSalle Investment Management, has exchanged contracts on the sale of One Finsbury Circus, EC2.

Invesco Real Estate was also involved in the deal, which was worth £141.5 million.

The property boasts a Grade II Listed facade and what Hermes described as "210,000 square feet of top spec office space".

These premises could be ideal for enterprises that wish to establish themselves and promote a high-end image in the capital.

Andy Rofe, managing director of Invesco, said the property is in an "excellent" location and offers tenants a "long-term lease structure".

This news comes after Land Securities recently announced it is to build more London office space in prime city locations due to the fact demand is starting to outstrip supply.
