Ferrovial acquires new London office space

Date: 10/06/2011

Additional non-geographic numbers may be required by one enterprise after it acquired new office space.

Ferrovial has signed up to a five-year lease on premises at Chiswick Tower in London, Savills reports.

The company, which is described as being a "leading developer" of transport and infrastructure, will occupy 5,000 sq ft of space at an annual cost of £28 per sq ft.

Its new neighbours will include, among others, BSI Systems and Konami.

Chiswick Tower is situated above Gunnersbury Station and offers 17 floors of office space totalling 140,000 sq ft.

New 0800 numbers could be the perfect choice for businesses that, like Ferrovial, are moving to new premises as they offer a national presence and can be used in any location.

This may prove to be a very good decision for Ferrovial, as media and communications manager at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Andrew Horne recently claimed the capital is the best place in the world to have a business due to the UK's strong legal system and favourable time zones.
