New revenue share numbers may be needed by HEROtsc, as it has announced plans to move to a new site.
The company plans to relocate its current employees to Pride Park in Derby, which will operate as part of Sky's customer service centre.
Along with the announcement of the move, it was revealed there will be a recruitment drive as 700 jobs are to be created, taking the total number of staff to 1,500.
HEROtsc spokesman David Turner said: "I am delighted to say that we are in a position to offer employment opportunities at a variety of levels to the Derby workforce."
Currently, the firm has more than 4,000 staff in total at eight call centres in the UK, many of which are located in Scotland.
Earlier this year, the BBC reported HEROtsc was set to take on 41 additional employees at its base in Rothesay on the Isle of Bute.
