Supported housing organisations with revenue share numbers may want to follow one service's lead after it was rewarded for its high level of customer care.
Pendle Today reports how Housing Pendle's Younique initiative has been presented with the Telecare Services Association's Platinum standard.
It is the first organisation of its kind in Pennine Lancashire to have received the recognition and one of only five in the country to have reached the highest ranking.
In order to be eligible for the award, Younique was judged on eight areas of service, including responding to calls, installation of panic alarm systems and how well it tailors its service to meet customer needs.
Business operations manager Joyce Leighton said: "This achievement underpins our philosophy of providing exceptional levels of customer service and reflects the enthusiasm and dedication of the Younique Living Teams."
