National Customer Service Week gets underway

Date: 03/10/2011

Businesses purchasing revenue share numbers for their call centres will no doubt be aware of the importance of treating consumers well.

However, in order to improve their operations further, they may want to get involved with National Customer Service Week, which kicks off today (October 3rd).

The initiative runs until October 9th and is organised by the Institute of Customer Service.

It is hoped the scheme will raise awareness among employers of the efforts made by their consumer-facing staff, as well as show Brits that companies are committed to meeting their expectations.

Jo Causon, chief executive of the group, said: "It's important that we all realise how, by working together and focusing on our customers, we can make a difference for them, our colleagues and our organisations."

Revenue share numbers could be the ideal purchase for businesses wishing to buy new digits for their call centres.

This is because they enable them to make money every time an individual gets in touch.
