New office space to be built on Deansgate, Manchester

Date: 08/06/2011

Businesses may be interested in purchasing non-geographic numbers and moving to new office space in Manchester.

It has been announced that developer Henry Boot has been given planning permission to transform the County Court Buildings on Deansgate in the city centre.

Grade-A office premises will be created, as well as retail and leisure accommodation, while original features will be maintained as much as possible.

Adam Brady, head of Henry Boot Developments' Manchester office, said the building provides the perfect location for enterprise.

He claimed the Courthouse will "offer all the benefits of the city's newest business district, while enjoying the surroundings of a characterful listed building".

New 0800 numbers are ideal for companies that wish to establish themselves in Manchester, as they have a national presence meaning firms do not have to change their contact details if they have bases in other areas.

This news comes after research project manager at officebroker.com Simon Jones claimed there has recently been an increase in the number of enterprises establishing themselves in the north-west city.
