Call centres that utilise revenue share numbers may be among those that were commended at a recent ceremony.
The North West Contact Centre Awards took place at the Palace Hotel in Manchester on October 7th and were organised by CallNorthWest.
This is the sixth time the event has taken place and 14 companies picked up accolades at the celebration.
While One Vision Housing went home with the award for best customer experience programme, Scottish Power won best contact centre improvement strategy.
Places for People had the best contact centre of under 50 seats, while Ai Claims Solutions won the equivalent for over 50 seats.
CallNorthWest director Peter Betts said "This year the judges where bowled over by the standard of our finalists, passionate, dedicated and inspirational just some of the words used over and over within the feedback."
Last week, the Glaswegian reported that call centre Bellcom had won the Happiest Healthiest accolade at the recent Glasgow Business Awards.
