More revenue share numbers could be required at a call centre in the north-west as it is planning to expand.
New Call Telecom, which relocated to Time Business Park in Simonstone from India earlier this year, is looking to take on 70 additional members of staff, the Burnley Express reports.
An employment academy has been established with Burnley College and six people aged between 17 and 19 will also be given jobs.
Chief executive of New Call Telecom Mr Nigel Eastwood said the enterprise is looking to expand its operations in the north-west.
"We are having to put more people into the contact centre to deal with our growing customer base," he added.
The business was established in July with 20 workers and currently has 32 employees.
BT may also need some new non-geographic phone numbers, as it is planning to take on 300 additional staff members at its call centre West Bromwich, Sandwell.
