Extra revenue share numbers may be needed by one Midlands enterprise as it is expanding its call centre.
UGroup is moving to newly-refurbished headquarters in Wolverhampton just 20 months after it opened, the Express and Star reports.
It is taking on 100 additional members of staff, taking its total workforce to 200.
Managing director Karen Chilton said the new recruits "need not have contact centre experience as we have four full time trainers on board to ensure that they are given all the customer relationship skills required for the role".
The enterprise will be moving from its current site on Bath Avenue to new 8,000 sq ft headquarters spread across two floors of Mander House in the city centre.
It currently handles customer relations for finance and insurance companies but is hoping to expand into the leisure and travel sectors.
This is not the only call centre extending its workforce, as Hartlepool-based firm Respondez is offering 15 new positions to agency workers, Call Centre Helper reported.
