Vertex tops contact centre league table for 6th year running

One company that appears to be making good use of its revenue share numbers is Vertex.

The customer management outsourcing business has once again taken the top spot in Marketing magazine's contact centre league table.

This ranking system was first established in 2005 and, since then, Vertex has been number one every year.

Paul Sweeney, chief executive officer at the enterprise, said he is "delighted" with the news and claimed the firm works very hard to ensure consumers enjoy a positive experience.

"This commitment to understanding the customer dynamic continues to shape our investment in our service offerings, technologies and capabilities," he added.

Mr Sweeney claimed his clients put a lot of trust in Vertex to deliver a service that will ensure their customers are treated well.

This is not the only company to pick up this kind of accolade of late, as insurer LV= was recently voted best large contact centre at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
