When people dial your 01 / 02 number, calls are automatically and instantly redirected to a telephone number of your choice. This is commonly your existing landline number but can be a mobile phone number. When you choose your 01 / 02 number we will ask you which number you would like it to be routed to.

For each local 01 / 02 number from Commsready, there is a one off connection fee of £10.00. Monthly line rental is £3 per month and peak call charges are just 2p per minute

Online Call Statistics show you how many calls you answer (and miss!) plus when your busy periods are. These help you manage call handling better, improving your customer service.

In addition to Call Statistics, 01 and 02 numbers from Commsready come with a one month FREE trial for our online Call Management tool, which enables you to instantly manage your inbound calls and divert calls to different numbers.
