How does it work?
Calls are automatically and instantly redirected to a telephone number of your choice, when customers dial your 0300 number. Commonly, this will be your existing landline number but it can also be a mobile phone number. Having chosen your 0300 number we will then ask you which number you would like it to be routed to. Your 0300 number is now yours for life, so even if you relocate your business, simply change the destination number on the day of the move for a seamless relocation.
All 0300 numbers from Commsready include between 1000 and 3000 inclusive minutes per month (depending on which number you choose). Calls outside of your inclusive bundle can be charged as low as 1p per minute.

provide you with a free online Call Statistics service that can help
you track calls and enhance your marketing. Online Call Statistics
show you how many calls you answer (and miss!) plus when your busy
periods are. These help you manage call handling better, improving
your customer service.
Call Management
0300 numbers from Commsready also come with a one month FREE trial for our online Call Management tool, which enables you to effectively manage your inbound calls as well as divert calls to different numbers.
Call Management from CommsReady gives you a Disaster Recovery solution that you can easily manage through the internet, anytime, anywhere. Call Management is available as either:
- Contact Point: Call Routing that can be determined by time of day or day of week and Call Routing and Call Divert options for when the line is busy or there is no answer. This will be given to you FREE for one month, after which you can keep this capability for just £5.99 a month.

Calls to mobiles will be charged at 10ppm with the exception of '3' where calls will be charged at 19ppm.
