How does it work?
When people dial your 0808 number, calls are automatically and instantly redirected to a telephone number of your choice. This is commonly your existing landline number but can be a mobile phone number. When you choose your 0844 number we will ask you which number you would like it to be routed to.
All 0808 numbers from Commsready include between 500 and 5000 inclusive minutes per month (depending on the number you choose). Calls outside of your inclusive bundle are charged at just 2.95p per minute.
Call Statistics
When you buy and 0800 number from Commsready, we
provide you with a free online Call Statistics service that can help
you track calls and enhance your marketing. Online Call Statistics
show you how many calls you answer (and miss!) plus when your busy
periods are. These help you manage call handling better, improving
your customer service.
Call Management
In addition to Call Statistics, 0844 numbers from Commsready also come with a one month FREE trial for our online Call Management service, which enables you to instantly manage your inbound calls and divert calls to different numbers.
Commsready Call Management gives you a Disaster Recovery solution that you can easily access and manage through the internet, anytime, anywhere. Call Management is available as either:
- Contact Point: gives you Call Routing that can be determined by time of day or day of week and Call Routing and Call Divert options for when the line is busy or there is no answer. This will be given to you FREE for one month, after which you can keep this capability for just £5.99 a month.
